shipment of Olde Tyme New Orleans products, we

continually strive and never reduce the quality of our

products. We do everything we can to make our products

flavorful, aromatic, and with a long shelf life. We’ve built

our reputation by producing our products in small batches

 at a fair price. Everyone at Olde Tyme New Orleans wants

you to be delighted with your purchase. When you shop

the Olde Tyme New Orleans brand, you may do so with

complete confidence.

Our Promise

We strive to make you happy! If you are unhappy with a product that you purchase

from Olde Tyme New Orleans, simply tell us within 15 days, and we will replace it or

provide you with a full refund for the purchase price.

Should you ever need to arrange for a replacement or refund, please email your

contact info with a brief explanation. You are required to return the opened product

in its original bottle. You must include in the return package our return authorization code.

Shipping 

Each Olde Tyme New Orleans product is checked for proper packaging at our facility. We cannot possibly control how it is handled after it is shipped to you. Our products are USPS insured for lost or damaged delivery. Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation number will be sent to the e-mail address provided. We ship our products through the United States Postal Service. Our shipping methods are USPS Priority or First class. 

If your order was not received but has been confirmed as delivered, or if it was damaged, we recommend that you contact us or your local post office for further instructions.

We do not stock a large product inventory. We want you to have the freshest product available.

Please allow 5-8 days for production and 5-10 business days for our standard shipping methods.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. Protectorates, APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, or International.

• Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 5-10 business days after receipt of your order.
